In the 2013 Red, we used a blend of Barbera and Malbec sourced from top vineyards in California’s best wine regions. The final blend is delicious. The nose of this wine is full of berries and violets, while the palate is silky and rich with loads of black cherry, raspberry, blackberry and red licorice. This carries into the complex finish with lingering hints of cocoa and cedar.

With each vintage of SERVE, we carefully assemble a unique blend of grapes which offers profound flavor and complexity while also offering exceptional value. This flexibility in blending allows us to offer the best wine possible each year and provides us with an opportunity to assemble a wine which is equally wonderful with food or on its own.
